A Very Sweet, Very Quick Tropical Fruit Salad

A Very Sweet, Very Quick Tropical Fruit Salad

This is a tasty dessert that incorporates tropical fruit. I prefer to use organic ingredients, but it still tastes great with regular fruit. You can skip the bananas if you have a problem with them.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (120 g)
         of diced bananas

  • 8 ounces (120 g)
         of diced papayas

  • 8 ounces (120 g)
         of diced pineapples

  • 8 ounces (120 g)
         of diced passion fruit

  • one 14 ounce (397 mL) can of sweetened condensed milk

  • one 12 ounce (375 mL) can of evaporated milk

  • 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese

Cooking It:

Mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and cream cheese in a big bowl. Add the fruit. Serve in slightly smaller bowls.

Lazy alternative: Buy two cans of Dole Tropical Fruit and mix it
with the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cream cheese.
You can add a banana if you wish.
