Three Cheese Artichoke Dip
If you are looking for a new way to dip, this three cheese artichoke dip is the way to go. The extra cheese really makes it better. Serve on rye party bread or with tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
one 14 ounce (400 g) can of artichoke hearts, drained
4 ounces (120 g) parmesan cheese, grated
4 ounces (120 g) cheddar cheese, grated
4 ounces (120 g) pepper jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup (125 mL) green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) seasoned salt
Cooking It:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 C). In a 2 quart (2 L) baking dish, combine the artichoke hearts, cheeses, green onions, garlic, mayonnaise and seasoned salt. Bake for 20 minutes.
